The softness of Deb’s hands has the tenderness and firmness needed to send me to sleep. The stress and tension of running a busy work place and the everyday grind seem to disappear for an hour of absolute bliss.
This one-hour reminds me I am important and deserve to be spoilt. For an hour I don’t care what others think. It is ‘me time’!
Through a simple massage from a kind pair of hands that obviously love their job I suddenly have the ‘get up and go’ to get me through another month without wanting to be ripping someone’s head off. Things no longer seem as bad or messed up as what they were before I entered the room. My Coping mechanisms seem much more flexible as is my body.
As for Kinesiology…..I still wonder how that works but the results are in the pudding. Pains are gone, energy returns and goals and focus head in the right direction.

Niya is without a doubt a place of sanctuary, peaceful, calm and tastefully appointed. This is a very private and quiet location with much thought towards the extensive menu of treatments, treatments that are given without too many words spoken, but given with much feeling and also healing if you do so require.
After many visits to Niya I can’t think of anywhere else where I would be greeted in such a welcoming way & departed feeling very relaxed.

I have had the opportunity to experience a number of salons and spas, for facials, massage, nails and Kinesiology and I have not come across anyone else who is so professional, caring, relaxing, experienced and who manages to deliver the perfect experience every-time you go.
I have referred my family, and friends to Debbie and they also agree, that going to Debbie for a treatment is an experience that everyone must have.
