Exercise Light
Regular daily Exercise burns fat, increases stamina, improves circulation. Makes you feel good all round. Some suggestions start with walking to the corner and back, next day to next corner and back etc until you go from 10 mins to up to 30 or more minutes a day. Anything is better than nothing.
Heavy duty Build up muscles & improves your cardiovascular system (heart health). To start out with 10 - 15 mins every 2 days then increase to 15-30 minutes 3 times a week. With increased muscle mass your metabolism increases slightly so does burning of fat
Also are you finding you are over doing it If you find you are exhausted all the time it is your body telling you, "Hey you need to rest me so I can catch up". Listen to your body and what it is saying.
If you are tired and exhausted and don't do a lot of exercise you may need to look at other areas of your life.
Diet- are you eating healthy foods? Eat the 5 food groups, less fat & organic where possible.
Fluids - drinking filtered water 6-8 glasses a day
Other Fluids- soft drinks, juices, alcohol these are full of sugars and artificial everything. Reduce slowly over a period of 1 month and replace with more suitable options. Allow them occasionally as a treat in moderation.
Relationships - are your relationships harmonious or less than positive? Move away from friendships that are not in your highest good as they bring you down and leave you feeling heavy, negative & less then energised. Move towards positive and happy people this will lift your spirits and make you feel more positive and light. But be positive and happy yourself.
Water Drink more than 6 plus glasses of filtered water a day, helps the cells move around the body easily, allows the brain to function more successfully. After drinking 6-8 Glasses of water a day for 2 weeks for more you will acquire your natural thirst again.
Positive Thought Your thought process creates your current situation, or where you are at in your life right now. Whether it is happy or not. If you wish to change things for the better for example if it be a relationship, work circumstances, health, change your thought patterning to the opposite of what you say to yourself all the time. Eg. "Oh I hate my job.........to "I am happy now my work brings me fulfilment & acknowledgement" or "I look so fat or overweight ..........to "I am beautiful just the way I am". Do you get it now? SO THINK POSITIVE and see where it gets you.
Create the Life you choose Don't limit what you want, where you want to live, relationships, work, what you want to achieve, travel etc. Aim for the sky and don't stop till you get there. Have so much fun, laugh heaps, do great thinks but most of all admire and acknowledge how truly great you are........... LOVE YOURSELF & OTHERS its cheap, fat and tax free............. SMILE & BE HAPPY.
